配合超商取貨店到店服務規定
材積：需 ≦ 45cm*30cm*30cm，最長邊 ≦ 45cm，其他兩邊則需均 ≦ 30cm；重量不得超過5公斤。我司將會有客服人員與您聯繫修改訂單，或者改為宅配出貨，造成您的不便敬請見諒。
發票開立(台灣)
我們會隨貨寄出（發票寄送地址與收件地址相同）紙本發票；若您有開立統編，請務必於結帳時輸入統一編號和發票抬頭。
跨國寄送
跨國寄送運費以地區、重量計算價格
中國大陸(含香港、澳門)│運費：起重1KG / NT$530(基本價)，每續重1公斤加收 NT$100；
日本、韓國│運費：起重1KG / NT$580(基本價)，每續重1公斤加收 NT$100；
新加坡、馬來西亞│運費：起重1KG / NT$380(基本價)，每續重1公斤加收 NT$100；
退換貨處理原則
跨國寄送運費以地區、重量計算價格
・欲辦理退貨商品請務必保持原商品、贈品、配件等包裝完整，避免影響退貨之權利；如遇以下情況，請立即聯繫我們並提供照片佐證。
1. 商品有瑕疵及 / 或在運送過程中受損
2. 賣家寄送未符合約定規格之商品給買方
・商品屬於食品類(例如穀粉、茶包等)，基於食品安全衛生考量，僅限於有過期、瑕疵、配送錯誤等情形下可辦理退換貨，不便之處敬請見諒。
・若非食品類商品，有瑕疵及配送錯誤等情形，顧客於商品送達後隔日起算7日內聯繫客服，即可申請退換貨程序。
・訂單為【信用卡線上付款】者：退款方式為【線上刷退】。
・訂單為【ATM轉帳、貨到付款】者：退款方式為【帳戶退款】，相關流程大約需要10至15個工作天(不含例假日)。
・凡包裹寄出後若因個人因素而未取貨，導致包裹被退回，七天內若要再次寄出則需補運費150元，如有不便之處敬請見諒。每張訂單僅提供一次免費退貨服務。

Return and Refund policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your received. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Every order provides one free return and refund.
