  • 冷水 60g(調整濃度)

  • 蜂蜜或果糖 10g(提升香甜)

  • 冰塊 240g(打出綿密口感)

製作步驟

  1. 先用熱水沖開擂茶粉,攪拌均勻

  2. 加入蜂蜜或果糖拌勻

  3. 再倒入冷水稍微降溫

  4. 加冰塊進果汁機,高速打成冰沙

  5. 倒入杯中享用,可灑上米香或炒米更有口感
